大有些客户在运用模块电源时,习惯降额到10%~30%负载下运用,他们以为这么降额运用能够行进商品长时刻作业的牢靠性。本来不然,在电源模块的实习运用中,因为轻负载功率较低,若长时刻作业在轻负载条件下,将致使自身损耗大,致使模块外壳温度增加,在多模块运用的场合或密闭场合中将致使模块失效,无法满意高牢靠性的运用请求。
举一个实习运用的事例,某客户负载约1W,在运用模块时以为降额运用可行进商品牢靠性,所以选用国内某品牌6W电源模块。在标称电压输入,输出满负载,25℃环境温度下测验, 测验该模块的外壳温度44度,高温85度条件下测验外壳温度抵达103度。可是,若该模块继续作业在高温环境下,其牢靠性将会下降。
这是因为在1W负载下,模块的变换功率只要40%摆布,从公式ΔP=Po/η-Po=1.5W中能够看出,模块自身的损耗比负载功率还大,致使外壳温度增加,反而下降了商品的牢靠性。金升阳R3代6W商品在轻负载下功率高达75%,较国内同行行进了35%。由ΔP=Po/η-Po=0.3W可知,模块自身损耗降到本来的五分之一。对比照而言常温、高温下作业我司模块的外壳温度下降了10度摆布,由此,削减了由模块自身损耗而致使的牢靠性下降的风险。
